WHAT IS CLASSIFIED AS USED OIL?

  • The term “Used Oil” also applies to any oil that is no longer useful to the original purchaser as a consequence of extended storage, spillage or contamination with non-hazardous impurities such as dirt and water.

THE STEPS FOLLOWED IN RECYCLING USED OIL

  • Step 2 – Depositing/dumping of oil:
    It is safer to deposit used oil into a mini-tank rather than dumping it into the storm
    water or sewer, or letting it drain into a river.
  • Step 3 – Collection of oil:

  • Step 4 – Delivery of oil to recyclers/processors:
    Oil is sold directly by us to approved processors or end-users for use as low grade industrial heating fuel.

HOW DO WE DISPOSE OF USED OIL?

  • All used oil collected by Patrick Mofokeng Trading CC is sent to a certified refiner and/or end-users.
  • Our vehicles comply with the legal requirements and are serviced regularly.
  • Upon collection you will receive a disposal certificate and payment which you, as the customer, can indicate if you want it in cash or transferred into your company’s bank account.
